All products and services under the Talentpool Recruitment Software platform.

Underlying infrastructure and hosting environments deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

All employees, contractors, and third-party service providers who have access to Talentpool systems and data.

Security Maintenance and Shared Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement

Audits & Penetration Testing: Annual SOC 2 audits, GDPR audits, and internal vulnerability scans at regular intervals ensure proactive security.

Employee Training: Security awareness training is mandatory during onboarding and refreshed periodically

Policy Reviews: Information Security Policies are reviewed regularly by the CISO and approved by the CEO
