Talentpool was created by Nitin and Manjusha when they realized hiring tools for small tech teams were either too complex or too superficial. They envisioned something better—a product designed for the people actually doing the hiring, not just for management dashboards.

Nitin Shimpi
CEO & Co-Founder
Nitin brings in over 26 years of experience in successfully running and growing companies, and provides organizational leadership. He holds a Master’s degree from Marquette University and Bachelors from IIT Bombay
Manjusha Madabushi
CTO & Co-Founder
Manjusha is responsible for our technology vision and new product development. She helms product management, engineering and services. She holds a Master’s from Northwestern University and Bachelors from IIT Bombay
Poushali Ganguly
Business Head
Poushali oversees the day to day operations of Talentpool and is responsible for growth of Talentpool. She is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and brings in over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and product management
